2. What data is collected

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts or marketing pixels.

2.1 Server logs

The site is hosted by Lovable (Cloudflare). When you visit the site, standard server logs such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, date/time and referring URL are processed automatically. This is necessary for technical delivery and security. These logs are stored for a limited period and are not used for profiling.

2.2 Google Fonts

This site uses the Lato font loaded from Google Fonts. When the page loads, Google receives your IP address and browser information. This is a standard font service integration. Google Fonts data handling is governed by Google's privacy policy.

2.3 Emails

If you write to karin.erbacher@movementumworks.com, we receive your email address, name and any information you include in your message. Emails are stored in Gmail.

2.4 External links and future integrations

The site links to external content. At the time of writing, this includes links to external articles and studies. We plan to add links to LinkedIn and a Calendly booking widget. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them before submitting personal data.

Server logs are kept for the minimum time required by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting. Email correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and to comply with applicable legal retention obligations. For Switzerland, business correspondence that must be retained as a business record is typically kept for up to ten years; pure enquiries without commercial or accounting relevance are deleted once the purpose is fulfilled.

6. AI-generated images

The team and workplace images on the homepage and in the solution section are AI-generated. They are used as illustrative visuals and do not depict real identifiable individuals.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated when new features (such as Calendly booking, LinkedIn links or newsletter sign-up) are added. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
